Terms of service

These terms cover this website and any Agent Front Desk setup, Updates plan or Care plan you buy from us. A signed quote or statement of work for your project takes priority where it differs.

Who you are dealing with

Agent Front Desk is provided by Jay Callicott, doing business as NextAgency ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected]. "You" means the business that requests a quote or buys a service, and the person acting for it.

The software and its license

The Agent Front Desk plugins are licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later. You may use, study, change and share them under that license. No feature is locked behind a payment. Paying for setup or a plan buys our time and services, not permission to use the software.

Setup services

Published setup prices are on the pricing page: Chat $1,500, Chat + Voice $2,500 and Full front desk $3,900, one time. Custom connectors are quoted separately. Before any work starts you get a written quote that lists what is included. Work outside that quote is quoted separately before we do it.

Payment and refunds for setup

  • 50% deposit to start, balance due at launch.
  • The deposit is refundable in full until work begins.
  • After work begins, fees for work already done are not refundable. If you cancel midway, we bill only for the work done, up to the quoted price.
  • Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that apply.

Bonus: AuditCrawl Pro

  • Every new setup package (Chat, Chat + Voice and Full front desk) includes 6 months of AuditCrawl Pro for the website where Agent Front Desk is installed, starting on the launch date.
  • No card is required and it does not auto-renew. After 6 months it ends unless you choose to subscribe at AuditCrawl’s then-current price.
  • It covers one site, is not transferable and has no cash value. It continues for the full 6 months even if AuditCrawl’s beta ends during that time.
  • AuditCrawl is also operated by us, and its own terms and privacy policy apply to your use of it.

Updates and Care plans

  • Updates: $199 per site per year. Automatic updates for all plugins, security fixes and email support with a reply within 2 business days.
  • Care: $99 a month or $990 a year. Everything in Updates, plus a monthly review of unanswered questions, prompt and content tuning, priority support within 1 business day and up to 1 hour of small changes a month. Unused hours do not roll over.
  • Monthly Care can be canceled at any time and ends at the end of the paid month. Annual plans are refundable within 30 days of purchase; after that there are no partial refunds.
  • Plans renew only if you choose to renew. Ending a plan never turns off any feature. The plugins keep working and you can update them by uploading a new version.

Your accounts and costs

Agent Front Desk runs on your WordPress host and on AI, voice, phone, texting and CRM accounts that belong to you, such as Anthropic, ElevenLabs, SignalWire or Twilio, and HubSpot. You pay those providers directly and you accept their terms. Usage figures on our site are estimates; your actual bills depend on your traffic and the providers' prices.

Access during setup

To set things up we may need access to your WordPress site and provider accounts. We ask for the least access needed, prefer accounts and keys created in your name, never ask you to share personal passwords, and remove our access when the work ends or when you ask.

AI output and your responsibilities

  • AI can be wrong. Review the assistant's answers and early conversations, and keep your knowledge base accurate.
  • You decide what the assistant may discuss and what it must refuse.
  • You are responsible for the disclosures, consents and notices your visitors and callers need, including AI disclosure, call recording consent, and texting rules such as US carrier registration (10DLC) and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
  • You are the controller of your visitors' data. Do not use Agent Front Desk to collect protected health information. We make no HIPAA, SOC 2 or similar claims and do not sign business associate agreements.

No uptime promise

The software runs on your hosting and on third-party services we do not control. We do not promise any level of availability, and we are not responsible for outages or changes at your host or at any provider.

Ownership

You own your data, your content and the customizations we build for you in your own site plugin. We keep the right to reuse general know-how and to improve the plugins. We will name you as a client only with your permission.

Warranty disclaimer

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, as the GPL states. Our services are provided with reasonable care and skill; beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we make no other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the software or our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or lost business, or for anything the AI says or does.

This website

Information on this site is provided for general guidance and may change. Comparisons with other products reflect their public pages on the date shown and may be out of date. Please do not misuse the site or the beta form.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, and the courts located there have jurisdiction, unless the law where you are requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top. Changes do not affect a quote you already signed or a plan you already paid for until it renews.
