Who we are

Agent Front Desk is made by Jay Callicott, doing business as NextAgency ("we", "us"). Questions about this policy go to [email protected].

What this website collects

• The beta form. Your name, email address, company, website (optional), CRM, the channels you are interested in, your message and your consent to be contacted.
• Email you send us. Whatever you put in it.
• Basic request data. Like every website, our host receives your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for in order to deliver it and protect the site from abuse.

What this website does not do

• No analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
• No cookies, so there is no cookie banner.
• No third-party embeds. Fonts, images and videos are served from this domain.
• We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it to train AI models.

How we use it

To reply to you, decide whether Agent Front Desk fits your business, send a quote, and set it up if you go ahead. We email you only about your request or an engagement you started. We do not add you to a newsletter.

Where it goes

The beta form does not store submissions in a database. It sends your answers as one email:

• Cloudflare hosts this website, sends the form email (Cloudflare Email Service) and forwards mail sent to our address.
• Google (Gmail) is where that email is delivered and kept.
• Resend is a backup sender, used only if the Cloudflare email fails.

How long we keep it

Form emails and correspondence stay in our mailbox for as long as they are useful for the conversation or the engagement, and for records we must keep for tax or legal reasons. Ask and we will delete what we are not required to keep.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by writing to [email protected]. We reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, for example California or the European Economic Area, you may have additional rights under local law, and you may complain to your data protection authority.

Software updates and licenses

The plugins run on your own WordPress site and never contact us unless you add an optional license key. With a key, the plugins check for updates at updates.agentfrontdesk.app. That service stores a one-way hash of the key, the customer name and plan on the license, its site limit and expiry, and the website addresses where the key is used. It receives your installed plugin versions to decide whether an update is available, and does not keep them.

Data inside your Agent Front Desk install

When you run the plugins, conversations, leads, bookings and recordings are stored in your WordPress database and sent to the AI, voice, phone, texting and CRM providers you connect, under your own accounts. You are responsible for that data and for telling your visitors about it. We do not receive it. During a setup we may sign in to your site or accounts to configure them; see the terms for how we handle that access.

Children

This website is for businesses. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy we update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will also be noted here.
