Private beta

Beta: how it works and what it costs to run

We are not publishing a price list yet. During the private beta, each setup is scoped and quoted for your business after a short call. After that, you pay the AI, voice and email vendors directly, at their prices, on your own accounts.

What the quote covers

  • The plugins installed and configured in your WordPress
  • Your knowledge base loaded and tested with your real questions
  • Your CRM connected: HubSpot built in, others built during the implementation
  • Booking with confirmation, email, and the widget on your site
  • Optional: voice, MCP access, a calendar connector, or other custom connectors
  • Staff training and a two-week check-in

The price depends mostly on the CRM, the channels, and any systems we connect.

Beta terms

  • Limited spots. Each setup is hands-on, so we take on only a few at a time.
  • Self-hosted, with no lock-in. You own the install, the accounts, the code and the data.
  • No feature is gated. Updates and support are optional, by arrangement during the beta.
  • It is new software. You may find rough edges, and we fix them with you.
  • Feedback calls are welcome and optional.
  • A written quote comes before anything is built. No obligation.

What it costs to run

List prices as of November 2026, paid to each vendor on your own accounts. At a few hundred conversations a month, expect tens of dollars, and most of that is voice minutes if you use voice.

Running costs by service
ServiceCostNotes
Chat (Claude, your Anthropic key)About $0.01 per chat turnThe Analytics screen shows your real cost per conversation and per lead. Cheaper and stronger models can be chosen.
Browser voice (ElevenLabs, optional)About $0.08 per minute, plus the voice modelA call has a hard cap you set. At 300 seconds the cap is about $0.40.
Meaning-based search (OpenAI or Voyage, optional)A small usage fee from the providerOptional. Without it, search runs on MySQL full-text at no extra cost.
HostingYour existing WordPress hostNo separate server. Very busy sites on small hosts should expect more PHP worker load while chats stream.
EmailWhatever your SMTP service costsUses wp_mail(), so any SMTP or transactional plugin works.
HubSpot (optional)Your own HubSpot planThe add-on uses a private app token from your account.

Vendor prices change. The Analytics screen shows cost per lead and per booking from your own usage, and you can set a monthly budget.

Why not a monthly plan?

Phone answering services usually charge a monthly subscription, often with a minute cap. Chat tools often charge per seat or per conversation. Voice-agent builders give you a toolkit and leave the product to you. Here you pay once for a finished install in your own WordPress, quoted per business, and then only for what the vendors charge you.

Beta questions

What does the beta cost?

Each implementation is quoted per business after a short call, and you get the quote in writing before anything is built. There is no price list during the beta. AI, voice and email usage is paid to those vendors at cost, on your own accounts. Updates and support are by arrangement.

Who pays for the AI and voice?

You do, directly to the vendors, at their list prices, on your own accounts. We add no markup per seat or per conversation. See the pricing page for the real figures.

How do updates work?

The plugins are GPL and every feature works without a license, forever. An optional license key adds automatic updates and support, delivered to your site like any plugin update. Without one, you update by uploading a new zip. Terms are by arrangement during the beta.

How long until I am live?

About a day of hands-on setup, usually one to two weeks from kickoff because accounts and content take time. We confirm a timeline in your quote.
