Accessibility statement
We aim for WCAG 2.2 Level AA on this website, on the chat and voice widget your visitors use, and on the WordPress admin screens your staff use.
Our standard
We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, even when a project only asks for 2.1.
How we test
- Automated axe checks on every page of this website at desktop and phone widths, and on the plugin's widget and admin screens in light and dark themes.
- A keyboard and screen reader pass on each client install, as part of acceptance.
- We treat automated results as a starting point, not proof. Some issues only a person can find.
What we have done
- Every page works with a keyboard, with visible focus and a skip link.
- Video clips that autoplay have a pause button, stay still when your device asks for reduced motion, and carry a text description.
- Recorded calls on this site have captions, either on by default or burned into the picture, and a written description of what happens.
- Color contrast meets AA, and layouts work from small phones to wide screens without sideways scrolling.
Known limitations
- Feature clips are short silent screen recordings. They have a text description but no step-by-step transcript.
- Voice conversations depend on your browser's microphone support; text chat is always available as an alternative.
- Third-party screens we link to, such as provider dashboards, are outside our control.
Report a problem
If something on this site or in the plugins is hard to use, email [email protected] with the page or screen and what happened. We reply within 5 business days and will offer the information in another format if you need it.
